Excellent Smart Shades with Premium Fabric and Reliable Matter Integration

We recently installed Graywind Textured Series roller shades with Matter motors throughout our condo and have been extremely impressed. The fabric looks far more premium in person than most online shade options and gives the space a clean, modern luxury feel without looking overly commercial.

The Matter integration has been a huge advantage. Setup with Apple Home was straightforward, response time is fast, and automations have been reliable. We especially appreciate still having RF remotes as a backup in addition to smart home control.

The shades run quietly, the motors are smooth, and the overall value for the price is excellent compared to much more expensive custom brands. We looked at several alternatives before purchasing and are very happy with the decision.

Highly recommend for anyone wanting a modern smart shade setup with good aesthetics, solid smart home compatibility, and reasonable pricing.

The shades are nice but automation is challenging

The shades are nice. A little hard to snap them into the clips when you install them. It wasn't clear when I placed the order that I would need a Thread router for them to work with Alexa. Thread routers have a small range so getting all my shades to work in my house required me to buy additional matter smart switches to reach all if my shades even after buying a thread router.

Perfect for high arch window & Hubitat

Perfect fit for my high up arch window. Blackout is very effective — we overslept the first morning after installing the blind. Install was straightforward and had no issues pairing to my Hubitat home automation hub.
