I was really impressed with how quickly the swatches arrived, the large selection, and the quality of them. These definitely helped with my decision. I had originally thought I’d get just a plain white fabric, but after going through the samples, I wound up selecting a textured white fabric.
A final thing - upon opening the envelope with the swatches, I was really impressed with the presentation. It wasn’t just swatches thrown together or held with some metal ring. The pouch, the quality of the swatches, the large swatch size which allowed me to really hold it against the wall and determine whether it would match - it all spoke volumes as to what I could expect quality-wise from Graywind.
