We bought Graywind motorized blackout shades for our entire house and couldn’t be happier with them! The shipping was seriously some of the fastest I’ve ever experienced, especially for custom-made shades.
Their website made the whole ordering process really easy. The measuring instructions were simple to follow, and it was easy to choose the exact size, fabric, motor, and options we wanted. Everything arrived exactly as ordered, the quality is excellent, and the blackout fabric is truly blackout. They look clean and high-end throughout the house.
We also saved a significant amount of money going with Graywind compared to the quotes we received from local companies, even after doing the whole house.
My only criticism is the smart setup. Getting the hub and app configured so the shades could be controlled remotely instead of just through Bluetooth was a little confusing, and I wish there were more detailed instructions for that part. Once we figured it out, though, everything has worked great.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with the purchase and would absolutely recommend Graywind. The quality, price, customization, and incredibly fast shipping made it well worth it.
